Personal History

I grew up in Reno,NV. in a racing family with my mother, myself and 5 of my 6 siblings all racing MX. My 2 older brothers raced professionally so I received a lot of instruction and training from them. I always raced the Womens class until I got on big bikes and started racing with the men as well. After several years I progressed to the Intermediate class and started racing the WMX Pro class in that series. Shortly after I met my husband at a local race and took a 12 year break to raise a family. We now have 5 children who all ride or race MX. Being at the races inspired me to get back into it so for the last 4 years I have put alot of effort into a training program and have started racing again.

Being one of the few women that is comfortable competing with the men, I tend to receive a good bit of attention when I do well, which brings attention to my sponsors as well.

Riding Goals

My main goal is to have fun and show my children what true sportsmanship is about. I am a very consistent rider that has learned over the years that consistency is key. I finish on the podium in the majority of my events and rarely have a DNF due to crashing or bike failure.

Locally I will be competing in the 2019 Battle Born MX Series in the +38 Intermediate class.

I also compete in the Over the Hill Gang National MX Series in +38 Intermediate and am currently training for Round 1 at Milestone MX Park on March 30-31st. After winning the OTHG +38 National Championship last year I'll be looking to defend my title.

Another race I am excited about is the Mammoth Motocross. After not being able to compete there for 2018, and narrowly missing a top 10 in the Womens class in 2017 with a full class of 40, I feel I can break into the top 10 overall this year.

Competitive Highlights

In 1998 I was able to compete in the Womens Pro class in the WMX National Series which raced at Glen Helen, Hangtown, Washougal, Unadilla and Binghampton, NY.  I won the first round at Glen Helen and went on to finish 2nd. in the series.

Finished 9th in 1998 in the Womens World Championships at Broome-Tioga.

Finished 3rd in the Womens Pro class at the Mammoth MX in 1998.

1st place in Womens and +38 Intermediate classes in the 2016 MX775 Fall Series.

1st place in Womens A and +38 Intermediate classes in the 2017 Battle Born MX Spring Series and Fall Series.

1st place in the 2018 Over the Hill Gang National Championship Series in +38 Intermediate.

While raising my 5 children, any good result I get now is a highlight, and I have been fortunate to do well in my return to racing.
