Personal History
Hi, my name is Sean Heissler I am 16 years old. I love to ride motocross. I’ve been riding for about 12 years now. I started on a pw 50 riding at the desert with my family, then I eventually moving up to a CR 85 and started to race in 2007. I raced from 2007 to 2009 on my CR 85. Now, I have moved up to a CRF 450 and I run the 450 beginner class. I have been placing in the top five of all my races. I attend High School and am entering into my senior year. I'm not playing sports at School because I'm concentrating on my grades and Motocross Racing. My family helps me out with all the Mechanic work on my bike, paying for my entry fees and providing transportation to and from practice. In return I do side work and keep up my grades at school. I enjoy helping out my little brother who is racing in the Pee Wee 50 cc class. After high school I’m going to attend college for Mechanics.
Riding Goals
Since running the 450 beginner class my goals for this year are to finish off some more X- Racing and CMC, and CMMC series and place top 3 in the series and move up to the 450 Novice class. I also hope to go to attend bigger outdoor national races after this year to help improve in my riding. I eventually would like to start trying to qualify for AMA Loretta Lynn amateur national motocross and NMA Ponca city grand nationals.
Competitive Highlights
I raced in the 2007 Vet-X Extreme give away series. I also raced in the 2008 Vet- X Summer and winter series and placed in the top eight in all three.
