Personal History
My Name is Sean Butterman and I race Supermoto professionally.
I raced motocross from about 6 years old, until I started road racing with my father in 2003. The combo, moto and road, ultimately lead me to the amazing sport of Supermoto. I won the 2005 and 2006 New Mexico state Supermoto championships and turned pro and received an AMA pro license in 2007. I spent my first three years as a professional by showing flashes of true potential to be in the front pack and, unfortunately familiarizing myself with injury. In 2010 I didn’t ride due to multiple knee surgeries, but I would say it was a blessing. It taught me to be the consistent and fit athlete I am today. Since 2011, I have proven to be a threat in every race I entered. My dedication to every race and this sport has made me stand out in the Supermoto community. I feel that my abilities on the bike and person that I am, will make your company proud to sponsor me. I will strive to promote your product locally and nationally through exposure; your product would be linked with the value of hard work.
