Personal History
my name is scotty king, i am fifteen years old and i am from hot springs arkansas. i race in hairscrambles all across the state in two different series
i ride a 2010 honda crf250r. i aslo travel across the state and ride for fun with some of my freinds and my brother. i spend most of my time at superlift orv park playing on all the rocks and trails. i was able to race in the 2014 king of the motos as the youngest rider ever to compete witch was an amazing experience to me as a rider. i was featured in an episode of arkansas state tourism to suport dirt bike riding in arkansas
Riding Goals
since im so young i have a lot of goals for the future. just for this year i plan on finishing first in my class for the rest of the year. after this year i will move up to a bigger and harder class. i also have plans to compete in more extreme enduros like the tennessee knockout this year and king of the motos again next year.
Competitive Highlights
i have been racing competitvly for two years now and have finished on the potium every race last year, and this year the season has just started. the good thing is on the first race i had a first place win by six minutes. in febuary my brother and i had the opertunity to race in our first extreme enduro called king of the motos in california. i was the youngest racer to ever compete in any of the motos races at the age of 15. during the a.m course i got about 35 miles in maybe 15 from the check point and my gps died, right after that i hit a rock and busted a hole in my case, i just filled the hole with a rag and moved on. i was able to finish the first course in the aloted time i just couldnt move on due to loss of oil. i got 68 positon out of 94 just by not quiting.
