Personal History
Hi, my name is Scott Sexton. I'm from New Berlin, Illinois and come from a family of six. My dad started my brothers and me on dirt bikes when I was nine years old and I've been hooked ever since. My older brother, Sean and I race while my dad and other brothers ride for fun. We race hare scrambles in District 17 all over Illinois. Besides racing and riding, I like hanging out with friends and family, I attend Lincoln Land Community College, and I work part time.
Riding Goals
The 2012 racing season didn't go as planned for me because my job cut into my racing greatly. However, next season I hope to place in the top three for the Open A class in District 17 hare scrambles. I would also like to branch out into different races such as enduros and a few motocross races.
Competitive Highlights
2003: I was state champion in the 50cc class in District 17
2004: I placed third in the 65cc class
2007: I placed second in the 85cc class
2009: I placed third in the 86-200B class
2010: I placed third overall in the Open A class
2011: I placed fifth overall in the Open A class
