Personal History

My name is Scott Ignachuck.  I am 33 years old, happily married and a father of 3 boys.  I am a weekend warrior competing in NETRA hare scrambles, PSTR short course scrambles, and JDay GPs.  I rode recreationally through my high school years but rekindled my love of dirtbikes in 2012 when I wanted to get my oldest son on a bike.  I wanted to give my kids the opportunity to ride legally - something that I did not have when I was younger.  A friend recommended I join my local NETRA club.  I joined the Tri-State Trail Riders and quickly found that plenty of legal riding places and events existed right under my nose.  Things have been going great ever since.  I have volunteered at all of our clubs riding events and have earned enough respect to be voted into the position of Vice President.  My two oldest sons Jack (10) and Ryan (8) have been riding and racing in the NETRA Pee Wee series for the past 4 years.  My youngest son Nick is ready to start riding when he turns 5 in the spring.

Riding Goals

My goals for 2018 are to race competitively in the B250 class in NETRA hare scrambles and PSTR short course scrambles. I strive to eventually place high enough to promote to A (expert) class.
