Personal History
I am 18 years old. I am going to college at Ohio Technical college for motorcycle, snowmobile, atv, and watercraft mechanics. I took this year off from racing to go to college but now i am getting back into it better and more confident and training harder while im going to college. I graduate from college in July.
Riding Goals
I am planning on making it to Lorettas Lynns again. I am also planing on making it to more amauter nationals such as Kawasaki race of Champions, Lake Whitney, and Mini O's.
Competitive Highlights
I have been racing for ten years.
In 2001, I won my first motocross race at the Canaan Lions Raceway in the 65B class.
In 2002, my overall finishes in the Canaan Lions Club series was 3rd in the 85B class and 6th in the 65 A class.
In 2003, I won my first championships in two different series; New Hampshire Challenge Series and the Winchester Supercross Series in the 85B classes. In 2004, I qualified for Loretta Lynn’s Amateur at the area qualifier. My overalls for the year were two Championships and the Iron Man Award in the NEMX spring series in the 85B and the Supermini Classes. For the Spring series in the Winchester Speedpark Series I received 4th in the 85B class ( I only ran part of the series that year).
In the fall of 2004, I moved up to the 125 class. For NEMX, I received 2nd overall in the 125C and Open C. I got 7th overall in the 125C class at Winchester Speedpark, again I only ran part of that series.
In 2005, I mainly raced the Winchester Speedpark Fall and Spring Series; filling in with NESC races on open weekends. For the Spring Series, I finished 5th overall in the Youth A & B and 4th Overall in the Open A & B. For the Fall Series, I finished 11th Overall 125 Youth A & B and 7th Overall Open A & B. I raced the first annual New England Regional Championship raced that is held yearly in Winchester, NH. In 2005, I qualified 9th for Loretta’s Lynn’s Amateur in the area qualifier in the 125 B class.
In 2006, at the New England Regional Championship, I finished 3rd overall in Youth B, 4th overall in the MX B and 11th overall in 4th Stroke Open. Winchester Speedpark Fall Series I finished 1st in the Youth A & B, 4th in the Open B and 1st in the 125B and 250B. I was Grand Champion for that year. I did a few NEMX races also that year. I also raced some of the NESC series, where I finished 15th overall in the 125 Youth B class and 14th overall in the Open B class.
In 2007, The highlight of my career, I qualified for Loretta Lynn’s Amatuer Motocross Race. First I quailed at the area regional at Southwick. Then it was the Regional Qualifier at Unidilla, where I qualified 4th in the MX B Stock class. So off to Loretta’s Lynn’s Ranch, where I finished 29th Overall in the MX B Stock class. Also that year at the New England Regional Championship, I finished 12th overall in the Youth A, 4th overall in the MX B and 7th overall in the Open A & B. I attended the New England Classic up in Maine, where I had a finished 8th overall in the MXB class. For Winchester Speedpark Spring Series, I 2nd in the Youth A & B, Open B and 125B. For the Winchester Speedpark Fall Series, I finished 3rd Overall in the Youth A & B and 5th in the 125B/250B. For Nemx, overall I finished 20th in the Open B, 6th in the Lites B, 5th in the MX B, and 2nd in the Youth A.
In 2008, I took the year off to attend Ohio Techinical College – Powersports Institute in Cleveland Ohio.
