Personal History
Born and raised in Northern California. Learned to ride when I was three. I've been riding woods, motocross, desert... pretty much everything since I was a kid (and I just turned 50). I've even ridden offroad in Peru. I've spent time racing motocross (including some amateur nationals), hare Scrambles, and desert (Baja 500 and 1000), but mostly racing District 36 Enduros. I've been racing the A class since 2010. Riding is my stress resease, my time to hang out with friends and family, and a deep passion. I'm involved with leading several big groups rides per year- some with up to 150 people.
I'm also a public school teacher, coach and High School youth leader.
Riding Goals
I took a bit of a break from racing while my kids were in High School, but I just got a new bike when I turned 50 and I'm making that into my do-it-all race bike. I'd like to start entering motocross, Enduros, Hare Scrambles and even Baja in this next phase of my life. I'd like to continue instroducing people to motorcycles, and leading big group rides. A goal I have to is ride a motorcycle down the length of Vietnam.
