Personal History
Hi ! My name is Carson Somers and I am 8 years old and currently in grade 3. My moms name is Sarah she looks after all my social media platforms, sponsorships and emails she is kinda like our team manger. She keeps everything running smoothly. My dads name is Joey and he races with me, he races two classes on his 250 and 450 and together we make up the team “Somers Racing”
Riding Goals
I was on a bike since I could walk, no really I used to get my mom and dad to sit on the back for weight and balance. I wanted to race as I got older and on my 6th birthday I got my first dirt bike, a Yamaha ttr 50 trail bike and drove it around all October and starting racing the following summer.
Competitive Highlights
- Finished 3rd overall in my class the first year I raced.
- 2 podium finishes
- Participated in two triple crown amateur opens
