Personal History

Hello!

I'am a Finnish motocross driver and I started motocross at 5 years old with Yamaha PW 50. I rode the Yamaha about a year and then I got a KTM 50 SX and that with that I rode my first race at locally competitions at Turku, Finland.

2 years I was riding with the KTM 50 SX and then I got a KTM 65 SX. That was I big change for me and because it was a little pit bigger bike and it had gears and at the beginning it was really difficult to learn. Put in couple of weeks I learned to use the clutch and gears and then I started to get more speed and jump bigger jumps.

After 65 I got Yamaha 85 cc bike and that was again a little big bigger and I was difficult at beginning. With the Yamaha I rode my first National race at Rauma, Finland (2007). I finished 26th of 40 riders and I was so happy of that.

Then my father bought me a KTM 85 SX and with that I won my first National race at Laitila, Finland (2009).

And today I'm riding with KTM 125 SX at MX 125 series all around Finalnd.

Riding Goals

At next season I will be racing in MX 125 class all around Finland.

My goals are:

- Try to win every race, finish at top five in the points standing.

- Ride solid race weekends.

- Train hard.

- Get more experience for Finnish Champion series that I join next season.

Competitive Highlights

My first win at 2009 in Laitila, Finland. It was the first race after snowy winter and I didn't ride at all at winter. I where riding every day week before the race and hoped that's enough...

I heard that there were some riders that had been riding all winter at Belgium, Spain of some where else in Europe. That gave me so much more confidence that I'm going to win!

At time practice I rode the fastest time and those rides that had been training in Europe rode 5-9 second slower lap time than me, that made me laugh. They had the latest bikes and the best parts and I didn't my bike (at 2009) was 2005 model KTM 85 SX with all original parts like always.

At the race I got the holeshot I rode in the lead until the end and at the finish the gap to second rider was 15 seconds.

That is the best moment off all time!! :)
