Personal History
Began racing in the woods when I was 9 years old and have been on and off ever since. I went through the mini class and eventually came close to winning New England races and despite a very slow start to the season ended up 7th in New England. After moving up to the big bikes and lacking support from my family I struggled with bike problems and hardly ever made it through a race without something going awry. Now I have recently been blessed with the opportunity to join the USAF and travel to the west coast and managed to buy a new 2015 KTM 250 SX, where i have been transitioning to motocross with high hopes for the future in my racing career.
Riding Goals
I am currently working towards getting my speed back after taking a year off from racing due to military related training. I have been riding every week at least twice a week and getting use to motocross. I am unsure if I will continue to race Hare Scrambles on the west coast or switch to motocross full time, however I plan on racing a little bit of both. My main goal is to promote to the expert class in both disciplines which is a highly set goal but easily attainable with hard work and dedication. I am in the gym every day that I am not able to get to the track, when I am at the track, I strive to be the first one there and last to leave and maintain focus throughout the whole entire moto.
Competitive Highlights
My best races came slightly before the military where I was winning each class that I entered. The best being an almost eight minute overall victory at the Dam Good Hare Scramble in 2013. I also finished seventh in the New England mini championship in 2007, and look to be in the top ten overall in the next few years.
