Personal History
5 years sober from alcohol and drugs, my sobriety is the most important thing in my life and I'd do anything to keep that. Active in the recovery community, helping others who struggle find sobriety.
Husband and father. I have a 5 year old son who is currently riding a stacyc and wants to start racing the kids class on his pw50 at the local offroad series we run.
I live on and manage 325 acres of family property in south central Texas that has a 9 mile trail of a deep beach sand with some hard pack sprinkled in called A-spear Ranch (@aspear_ranch on Instagram). I hosting monthly free ride days (20-30 riders) until a disagreement with a gentleman who leases the property to graze cattle. Still allow small groups of friends to ride occasionally, but we plan to reopen full force in 2024 when the cattle lease expires and host some local offroad races.
Riding Goals
Grew up play riding on our ranch and at mx tracks, briefly attempted to race moto but was never very good.
Got back into dirtbikes in 2019 and found a love for offroad. Currently contesting the Texas offroad racing championship series in the open b class and racing what Texas state championship enduro circuit rounds I can afford to do. After the end of the 2020 season I plan to move to the A class.
Competitive Highlights
Getting a podium in my first offroad race.
Getting second after hitting a tree in 3rd gear.
