Personal History
I pretty much grew up on a motorcycle. I have been riding for as long as I can remember. Early on I raced motocross and then moved on to the WERA roadracing series. After taking alittle time off to start a family I came back to my roots to motocross and have raced the last 2 years in the North Carolina Hare Scramble Association. During my first year with this series I initially ran the VET-B class but realized quickly that I needed to be in VET-A. After the switch, I was still able to finish 2nd in the VET-A points at the end of the year and was tied going in to the last race. 2007 was a great year and 2008 is going just as well. I am currently leading the 2008 AA class in the NCHSA series.
Riding Goals
I hope to stay healthy and have a great finish to the 2008 season. At times it's hard to believe that I'm out there racing kids that are half my age - but I'm hoping that my years of experience will continue to play in my favor. I am already planning to move up to the PRO class next year and I am looking forward to providing some great sponsorship opportunities to some of my favorite companies.
