Ryder has been riding around Colorado and New Mexico for over half of his life, he rides single track in the mountains of Colorado and Motocross in the aztec series here in Colorado. He is just starting to make the podium and still loves what he does, we never ask him to go ride and he is always on the spot ready to load up and go to the races. He loves his time with the other families and racers at the track. Our family rule is that all homework and school work must be completed and within passing grades or we do not race. He is very focused at home and at school to get his work done to assure we can hit the track on the weekends. He has a single track on our 5 acer property and he rides at least twice per week here at home.
he is geting faster and trying to get on the podium at local races , he is now more dedecated to the sport now that he is starting to win and progress. He knows all the riders, gear companies, and manufactures and watches every race over and over. He races two to three classes every weekend and for a 90lb 16year old he is very small for his size and we know that with the practice he puts in and physical growth the speed will come when it’s ready to happen! Our main goal is to make it fun and we know the key to longevity in the sport.
As a family we are very involved in the sport and hope to spend many years racing together, We hope companies that can sell product in to our sport are interested in riders with passion for Motocross that Ryder Metz and his family have!
