Personal History
I have been riding since 1998, & started racing in 2000. I never really had alot of support besides sponsor's, so it's always been a financial battle for me. I have a great deal of passion and respect for the sport. Every chance I get, Im riding and racing. I'm a very driven individual and always put forth 110%. I have a large list of accomplishments from racing, powerlifting, boxing, & bowling. I enjoy staying active, whether it be working out, practicing or working on something in the garage.
I work full time at Cherokee Garage, an implement dealer in Colby, WI. I work on skid steers, preparing trade in's for re-sale, and customer issues as well. I work with a group of guys that also ride. There's a practice track adjacent to the shop, which is convenient for practicing after work. The skid steers come in handy for rebuilding or changing aspects of the track as well.
Riding Goals
I'm going to go out there and really get involved with the sport again. My plans are to train twice as hard and build my endurance to once again move into the A class. As far as series, I'm planning on racing District 16 and Northern Cup Series Races as well as some races at Millville.
Competitive Highlights
2000 - 2nd Place District 16
2001 - 5th Place Sportsman, 6th Place 250B District 16. 8th Place 250B, 10th Place Sportsman Northern Cup Series
2002 - 10th Place 125B Northern Cup Series, sustained an injury during this racing season
2003 - 6th Place Sportsman District 16, 7th Place Sportsman Northern Cup Series. Bike problems towards the end of this racing season.
2004 - 7th Place 250A, 6th Place Open District 16, 6th Place 250A, 6th Place Open Northern Cup Series
2005 - Injured for MX season, participated in ice racing. 1st Place Open AM GP
2006 - Sold bike for financial reasons, was not able to race for the '06 season
2007 - 10th Place Masters/+25A, 10th Place 250B District 16
2008 - Raced partial ice racing season, 7th Place Open AM GP, 8th Place Open B, 9th 250/450B. Was injured during a practice ride in March. I was unable to come back until July, and then was only able to race a couple of races due to finances.
