Personal History
My name is Ryan Tiedt. I'm 28 years old and 2017 will be my sixth season of racing dirt bikes competitively. I have been riding dirt bikes and street bikes since I turned 18 but have had a passion for motorsports my whole life. I grew up around short course off-road racing and my dad used to drag race motorcycles. When i was growing up i rode freestyle bmx, it was a cheep alternative to motocross I guess but it never quite filled the void. I've had a passion for motorsports since a young age. I'm a very active person, always out doing something. When I'm not riding I spend my time working out, riding street bikes, working on vehicles, photography, snowmobiling and snowboarding to name a few. I strive to keep a positive image and promote products that work well to friends or anyone i run into at the track. I do all of my own maintenance on my bikes and all the other vehicles I own. I'm a very motivated person and I'm putting all the time and effort I can into riding this season. I'm a perfectionist, I like things to be done right the first time, I don't like to cut corners. Riding is my passion and any assistance will help me greatly. I'm currently a second shift warehouse supervisor and plan to complete the schooling I have in process at fox valley technical college for mechanical design technology and entrepreneur business. Hope this gives you some insight into who I am and if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Riding Goals
My main goal for the 2017 season is to continue to practice as much as I can and keep improving as a rider. I had many big accomplishments this past season. This included my first points championship and 3 class wins! I would like to keep the momentum from last season rolling and work my way up in the A Bike class this season. Riding consistently, staying healthy and exercising when I'm off the bike are important to help me achieve this goal. I will continue to keep my bike well maintained and keep pushing my progression this season. Very happy with my success in 2016 and can't wait to get back on the bike for the 2017 season!
