Personal History
Most people don't understand why we wake up at 4 in the morning and drive 2 hours to the track on Sunday, when most people don't wake up till 9 or 10. And they don't understand why we line up with 39 other people who want the same goal when that metalic gate hits the ground. And most people don't understand why after injury after injury we climb back on that iron pony and do it all over again. They don't know the adreniline rush you get from the time the gate drops to the time the checkered flag falls. And they don't know the feeling of hitting a 60ft. tripple flying side-by-side with someone only inches apart. And most don't know the feeling of victory after risking your life for 5 mins. of enjoyment. But most know the feeling of defeat, and it pushes us to try harder next weekend. And some of you who read this will know exctly what I'm talking about, but many will shrug it off. But until you actually get out there, and experience the wind beneath your wings and the feeling of being completey in contorl while at the same time be completely out of control, you understand why I am, a motocrosser!

i went to the davi millsaps training facility earlier this year. i have done 12 ama races this year, and i have won 10 of them. well first off my name is ryan patrick reddick, and i am 14 years old. i currently ride a 2008 yamaha yz 250f, AND I JUST ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE SPORT! the first time i got a taste of motocross was when i was 2 and i was on my dads shoulders, and we were at the local fairground race in summit, ohio, and i was pulling his hair saying "I CAN DO!" "I CAN DO!" i live in mantua ohio and i race CRA and AMA district 12. if you want to know more, just ask!
