Personal History
My name is Ryan Rassa im 24 years old and have been racing dirtbikes since the age of 4! After having my daughter in March of 2021, i switched gears from trying to get my Pro Motocross card and pursuied the AMA Pro Hillclimb series American Hillclimb! I still primarily find myself riding motocross tracks and started to get into woods racing since i got added a new 2 stroke to my arsenal! I work a night during the week and balance being a Dad, and doing some woodworking during the day and tend to ride dirtbikes on the weekends!
Riding Goals
I love riding just about any dirtbike but my focus has switched to chasing AMA Pro American Hillclimb championships! This year, 2023 i landed myself a spot on the Dehart Racing team riding a CBR 636 that runs on Nitro-Methane for the Premier class! Concluding the 2023 season i won 3/6 of the races in the premier class and finished 2nd overall for my first full season riding for them. I have my eyes set on becoming the first national champion from coast to coast in the 2024 season when both American Hillclimb East & West come together for a final shootout to crown a country wide champion. I also stay in tune by still primary riding motocross tracks and occasionally some woods!
Competitive Highlights
3 AMA Pro Hillclimb wins in the Premier class and multiple podiums since i started at the end of 2022 season.
Before Hillclimb i raced my way through the classes and made it to A class and was racing pro ams trying to gain my points for a pro moto card and still stay agile on a motorcycle by mainly practicing on the moto track.
While racing through the ranks i earned enough points through Suzukis Contingency program to attend the Camp Carmichael at the goat farm in 2015 and 2016, where 24 riders got exclusive training from Ricky and his mom.
