well the local races are winding down, with only one race left to go. this year went pretty good, stayed relatively healthy all year..had a few set-backs early in the season but we worked out those bugs and had a great rest of the year. can't wait for the indoor...

oh yea, i'm finally able to ride at about 85% now after screwing up my rotator cuff two weeks ago at Palmyra...bring it on boys!!

Hey guys! The 450 is at Pro-Action right now getting all jazzed up for the Tomahawk qualifier next weekend. Im so excited. I just got a whole shipment of parts in too, with some new bars, grips, sprockets, chain, i got new bearings. Im so excited to just put all of that on my bike ride. I got the itch!!!
