Personal History
My name is Ryan Cecil, I enjoy Motocross, BMX, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Golfing, Swimming and Fishing . I'm a hard worker and I'm dependable. I work at the Surpentarium in Lodi, California. It is a living Reptile Museum. I enjoy spending time with my family. My Mom and Dad enjoy watching me race and practice. I'm very competitive and enjoy sports. I got a later start in racing then most...I got my first bike at the age of 16 and started racing a few months later. I've been out of racing for the last 2+ years due to a shoulder injury.
Riding Goals
I just recently turned Pro and I'm gaining experience riding and racing against my friends Daniel and Vincent Blair. They help me push myself faster and further then I would on my own. I plan on racing the AMA Arena Cross Series (West Coast Division) this coming year. My goal this year is to gain enough points in Arena Cross to get my AMA Pro Lic.
Competitive Highlights
I won a championship at the GFI Top Gun summercross series in 2007 at Los Banos, California. I finished in 7th place at Hangtown that same year. I finished 8th at Washougal in 2005. I've just started back racing after being off for the past 2+ years with a shoulder injury.
