Personal History
My name is Ryan Carreno and I from Lake Forest, California. I am 19 years old and I love to ride motocross. I have a family of 5 and they support my riding life style. I started riding 5 years ago on quads out in the desert and quickly moved to a dirt bike. I now normally ride 2-3 times a week on my 2009 CRF450R and I can't get enough of it. I have learned a lot over the years and now do almost all my maintenance myself. I feel like I live in the heart of motocross with Competitive Edge, Racetown, Pala Raceway, Starwest, Perris Raceway, Cahuilla Creek MX, and Milestone all within an hour from home. I have always loved motocross and most of the professional riders have had an amazing impact on me and my riding. I see how riders like James Stewart and Ryan Dungey put in hard work and I would like to be like them someday and have the same impact on the kids that were just like me.
Riding Goals
For the coming year, I would like compete in as many amateur races as I can. I have a lot of confidence in myself and know that with all the hard work I have put in that I will do great.
Competitive Highlights
Last year was my first year of racing, so I don't feel I have had any outstanding competitive highlights. This year with hard work and dedication I hope to have great results.
