Personal History
I am 18 years old, and have spent the last 13 years of my life racing motocross, qualifying 10 years out of 11 for the Loretta Lynn’s National. I finished high school sooner than my class so I could focus all of my attention on becoming the best I can be in the sport of motocross. This has allowed me to go south for the winter and train at places such as the Millsaps’ Training Facility, GPF, and I also spent time with Jeanie Carmichael. I follow a strict training program on and off the track on a daily basis. With the right support, I can be in contention for championships as I am very driven, aggressive, and motivated.
Riding Goals
2009 should be a breakthrough season for me as I am still eligible for the A class for the amateur nationals and will be working hard to be a top 3 contender while putting myself in title contention as I plan to attend Montreal Supercross, NYS Championships, Kawasaki Race of Champions, Mini Olympics, Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National, the Eastern Canadian Nationals, AMA Pro Nationals, and many other various races throughout the year. I have established myself as a serious contender at the Canadian Pro Nationals as well as every amateur national I attend throughout the U.S. in 2009. I also plan to race various rounds of supercross/motocross in the Dominican Republic. I will be working towards the start of my pro career in the U.S. at the outdoor nationals.
Competitive Highlights
I was invited to Guatemala to race a supercross finishing 3rd in the Lites class. I also went to the Dominican Republic for the supercross series which I won. I also went to Canada to race the MX1 class at the Walton TransCan Pro National where I finished 6th overall tying Dusty Klatt for points in 5th. I raced the New England Regional Championship and won a championship in the Open A class against riders like Justin Barcia and also got a 3rd overall behind John Dowd and Keith Johnson in the MXA class. I won a Canadian National Championship at Walton in 2006 in the 125 intermediate class over Dean Wilson. I finished 5th at the Loretta Lynn's Amateur National Championship in the 250B mod class in 2006. Also in 2006 I won the New England Regional Championship in the 250B class and won the Southwestern Ontario Provincial Championship in the 250 intermediate and GP intermediate classes and finished 2nd in the 125 intermediate class.
