Personal History
My name is Braydon Humphrey I'm 15 and I love riding dirtbikes I just finished my first year of racing and riding overall. In my first season which I only did 3 races I got a podium at 2 of the 3 and between races put many many hours at my practice track at my house. Coming into the 2025 season I have just moved up to a big bike and plain to race a full season for 2025 in the capital cup series in the 125c class. my dad raced when he was my age and even qualified for Loretta's multiple times my whole family is from Maryland and our local track is budds creek where we go anytime there open and support our local track as best as possible.
Riding Goals
I ride because It’s really the only thing that has connected to me like it has. I ride everyday that is possible when I’m off the bike I’m most likely talking about bikes, learning about bikes, learning new techniques, or studying good riders riding videos and learn from them. And I’m always wanting to improve and be better and have a very driven mindset that I’ve had since I was at a very young age and with this I’ve only had 1 year on a dirtbike 8 months of that is on 85s and the other 4 are on my new 125 and every single time someone ask me how long have you been riding and I tell them 1 year they never believe me and I have come a long way. My 2025 goal is to finish my first full year of racing with no injury’s, consistent results, train more off the bike, podiums, and first number one overall.
Competitive Highlights
My competitive highlights are at the 3 races I went to this year for my first year of moto where at my first ever race I finished 11th out of 19 and had top 10 speed all day in the 85(12-15) class and just 2 months later at my second race it was the same series back at the same track and same class I got 2, 3 scores and got my first ever podium, and finally at my last race of the year I was battling for 1st in my first moto but ended up coming a short second and in my second moto I was in second of the hole shot and was in 1st rear tire for the next 2 laps and sadly when I went for a pass after a double into a corner I got chopped off and went down and dropped to 7th but still fought my way back to 5th place
