Personal History
My name is Rory Holland, I am 24 and I live in Washington State. I fell in love with dirt bikes at a young age while growing up in California. My family moved to Vermont just before I would have started racing as a kid and most of the opportunities to do so while living in Vermont were out of state. Due to that, while in school I stuck to single track/woods riding and never raced competitively. I enlisted in the U.S. Army right after high school in 2015 and have been stationed in Washington State since. I am currently transitioning out of the military this fall and will be transferring to a four-year university to complete my Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Marketing. I first rode on a motocross track late in 2020 and just started racing competitively in June of this year, and have only competed in a handful of races. My first ever race was the Washougal NORCS Race, where I took 9th in the 250C class. Aside from riding and racing dirt bikes I love to wakeboard, ski, hike, mountain bike, and do photography. I would be a great addition to your team because while I don't have a ton of race experience yet, I bring a different perspective with my background; I understand how to brand and market for a company, and how to drive more sales back to your team.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to continuously improve as a rider both on and off the track, get more experience racing by competing in as many races as I can and one day make it to Loretta’s, and to progress through the racing class structure.
