Personal History
My name is Robert Violette and I have been riding and racing motorcycles in one form or another for most of my life. I am married and currently employed at a large investment firm in the greater Boston area. I am also a nationally certified MSF Rider Coach.
For hobbies, I enjoy weight training, cycling, mountain biking, the outdoors and flying aircraft.
Riding Goals
For 2017, I plan to ramp up my racing involvement and enter several events in addition to the NESC series:
- Attend a class at the Jimmy Weinert Training Facility
- Participate in the area qualifier for Loretta Lynns’ at Winchester Speed Park in New Hampshire.
- Participate in the 2017 New England Regional Championships at Winchester Speed Park in New Hampshire.
- Participate in the 2017 NESC MX Spring and Fall Series from April through October.
Competitive Highlights
Finishing up second overall in the 30+, 35+ and fourth overall in the 40+ C classes for the season in the 2012 NESC MX Fall Series
