I have been away from racing for the better part of a year and a half. I miss the track and the compition. I have taken the time to hit the gym regularly and not only keep in shape but really work on building strength and endurance. The result has been fantastic. I have gained close to 20 much needed pounds. I was 6'0" 155lbs when I started training. The difference in strength was imediatly noticable when I got back on the bike.
Many of the local series are starting within the next 30 days, I will be ready.
