Personal History
I began riding in June of 2014 on an xr80, I rode it until all the parts fell off...lol. My dad decide it was time for a real mx bike and we purchased A 2004 kx85 and kx100. I began racing the spring of 2015 and had decent results for my first year. Many 4th - 6th place finishes. I began training with SSR rider development but broke my arm in July. I was back on my bike in late October and decided to race XC races until I regained my confidence. I broke my arm on a huge double and lacked confidence for jumping. I went to the 5 day SSR riding camp at Parsons Riding Complex and got my confidence back to ride MX. We do not ride one specific series because we like to attend different events that include MX, XC, and combination events.
My other interests are in music. I play orchestra and jazz band at Lawrence North Highschool. I play clarinet, tenor sax,and alto sax. I am learning percussion, Keyboards and guitar. I currently have a 3.2 grade point average.
I also like to ride mountain bikes. We live by Fort Harrison State Park and there are many trails rite behind our property. Our neighbours and I have a 5 acre woods track behind our house to practice on.
Riding Goals
My goals are to continue practice with Steven Squire Race Development and become the best rider that i can. He is a great coach and mentor. We are trying to get a major sponsor so that we can have two bikes. Its hard to race and practice the same bike in supermini . The top end can only go 20 hours and we practice 4 hours a week.
