Personal History

I am 49 year old that has raced for 34 years. I have broken more bones than my age, but due to my love of motocross, I still continue. When asked why I do it, my favorite saying “It’s in the blood.” I have won many of championships at my local events over the years. In 2006 while competing at Steel City, I had the worst wreck of my career. I ended up shattering every bone in both legs, from my knees down. I was told at that time I would never walk without assistance. Even though I feel that wreck everyday, I continue to very active proved doctors wrong, and still race, and mtb. Today I choose to travel and race in places I’ve never been in my career. I am a Law Enforcement Officer, and my duties include being a SRO inside our local school. Our school is in a rural area, and have a lot kids that ride also. Many of those kids have never seen a race track or had the opportunity to ride on one. I lucky have a personal practice track, and get a lot of the kids the opportunity to ride. I also work with a local race track to give the kids an opportunity to ride on a race track for a day. I love to race and practice and get kids more involved with motocross, instead of riding on the streets.

And I race a 2023 Husqvarna FC350

Riding Goals

Plan to race Motocross and US Sprint Enduro's in 2024, and traveling more. Also plan to race Sprint Enduro Championship and Mini O’.

Competitive Highlights

In the 34 years I have won many of championships in the C classes and then in the vet classes. Highlights though for me have not been the wins, but the people I’ve met, worked with, and places I’ve been.
