Personal History

Hi, my name is Riley Jaggers from Prineville, Oregon.  I am 8 years old and started racing 3 years ago at the Redmond Arenacross in Redmond, Oregon where I placed 5th, 7th, 8th and 10th.  I also raced at Eddieville, Washington, receiving 2nd place and in Madras, Oregon.  This year I started off the season racing at the Deschutes County Expo Center in Redmond, Oregon. Riding and racing are very exciting and fun for me and I look forward to continue to race.  My Dad and his friend built a track  across from our house and I practice almost everyday.  Our family gets to spend a lot of time with friends going to races and riding. I have conquered jumping an 80  jump this year! I was very excited! I raced my first series this year. Pac West Series. I took 1st overall in the 65 Age and Open. I'm now racing in the Oregon State Series.

I am currently riding a KTM 65 SX.  I am learning a lot from racing and riding with more experienced riders and look forward to the challenge of increasing my skill level and continuing to race.

Along with my listed Sponsors I would also like to thank my Mom, Dad, Grandma Cricket, Aunt Teresa and family, Aunt Kim and family and Grandpa Bill and Nana and Papa for making it possible for me to attend all the races this season!. Thank You!

Riding Goals

This coming year I want to gain the experience from riding on tracks with experienced riders and learning new skills.  I have moved from my KTM 50 Pro Senior to a KTM 65, and continue practicing hard on our track at home. My dad has improved our track this year by adding a 48 ft jump, a nice rhythm section and some doubles and triples.

Competitive Highlights

In 2007 I raced for the first time at Arenacross in Redmond, Oregon.  I was 5 yrs old at the time, and I placed 7th in the first race, 8th in second, 5th in the next, and 10th in the last one.  I then went to Eddieville, Washington and placed 2nd in the 50 class.  I  raced in Sandy Oregon in my first Junior Class Race in 2009! I took 2nd place! Check out the pictures and video of me clearing the 48ft table top and a triple on our track at home where I practice. I just finished out the Pac West Series where I took 1st overall in the 65 Age and Open Class!
