Personal History
Im Rick Villarreal, Ive been around motorsports since i was 4 years old when i first stepped foot in Glamis Sand. I raced 60's,65's and 80's for about 3 years but had to sell my bike so i got out of the sport for awhile though i still continued to Ride my quad in glamis religiously. I had the itch to get back on a bike for the longest time so recently i found a 07 rmz250 selling for a great price and i had to pick it up. After only riding for 2 months i entered my first beginner race since having the new bike at lucas oil mx track and took the hole shot both races, took 4th in the first race and 2nd in the second moto finishing 3rd overall for the day. I took 4th overall in my last race with one hole shit in the first moto. Next race is at Milestone, which is my local practice track so I'm hoping for another podium. I feel pretty confident with my progress but now i have to focus on my endurance. Thats the area i feel like I'm lacking in.
Riding Goals
I hope to improve my physical shape for endurace, and get to a point by next year where i can rip the track hardly letting off the throttle and scrub over all setups.
