Personal History

Well, racing has been in my blood since I was 5 years old.  I learned at an early age what sponsorship meant and the relationship that it promotes.  It promotes the rider, and the company backing that rider.  I have a whole list of accomplishments, here are a few:

1) #2 Overall racer in Nevada

2) 3x Nevada State Champion: 2x 2-wheeler and 1 time 250cc 3-wheeler (at the age of 13).  Here's the 2nd moto video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YA9ykTjh9qg

3) #1 qualifier (80cc) in the Rocky Mountain Region for Ponca City

I got back into racing in the past few years racing a 250 2-stroke and still won first place in the +30 Open (A,B,C) class, then purchased a Kawasaki 450cc 4-stroke and took several 1st place trophies home to share with the family.   I recently sold my 450 2-wheeler and purchased a Yamaha YFZ450R 4-wheeler.

Along with myself, my oldest son Luke is going to be racing in the super mini class, and my youngest son Erik is going to be racing in the 65cc class.  We are a family team.  We know that winning is important, but more important is to make friends, ride hard, and most of all, promote the sponsors who help us.

Riding Goals

Well, being that the last time I was on anything with more than 2 wheels were decades ago, I plan on entering the "C" class for 450 4-wheeler motocross.  I do have proven skills however being a winning open class rider and a winning +30 class rider.  I know how to pick braking points, cornering and jumping.  I plan to wipe out the "C" class during the 2013 season and go into the "B" class in 2014.  I will however consider a move to the "B" class early depending on how dangerous and unpredictable the "C" class riders can be.

My goal for 2016 is to enter and win the Nuclear Series at Byron, IL and walk away with multiple  gigantic trophies, Luke & Erik have the same goals.
