Personal History
My name is Richard Garrett, A.K.A RAD RICH, I am 7 years old. When I decided I wanted to race MX my family was completely on board, well, my Mom was hesitant, but once I started, there was no way they'd let me stop. They say i'm a natural. I struggled to get the hang of it for the first race or so. I got hurt, a lot, but I never quit. My Dad had never worked on dirt bikes before, he had to learn it quick. He became a master at it, and because of him I am the racer I am today. We became a team. Racing is all I do and all I want to do. I am hungry to learn more structure in my racing so I can continue to strengthen my abilities, and one day be a professional like Travis Pastrana. He is my idle, i pretty much know every thing about him. It is my dream to be a professional MX racer. I love everything about MX, everything. Sharing this experience with my family, who happen to be my biggest fans, makes it seem like my dreams have already come true.
AMA card holder.
Riding Goals
My goals for 2020 are to finish out the season in the beginner class, to better equip me for the skills and experience needed to excel on the 65cc.
Enduro challenges me and my skill set, I learn so much and I thrive for more. I plan to race as many as I can this season. I feel as though it helps me grow and improve as a rider.
