Personal History
I grew up riding on a pit bike for fun during the summers. I decided to try and learn to ride competitively when I was 12 and got a Husky 85. I started working with Dirt Labs to learn to ride better and really started to enjoy the sport. I had a wreck at Murphy's on Superbowl Sunday and broke my leg. This set me back for almost a year but made me even more determined to get back on a bike and to train and learn to ride smarter and faster. After a year of practicing mainly on weekends, I felt confident enough to upgrade my 85 to a Super Mini and to also get a 125 to use as a platform to grow into. I started racing competitively in January of 2025 and so far have done well knowing I have a long way to go to be truly competitive.
Riding Goals
My goal for this year is to compete at all the regional events while training full time. My parents have agreed to let me join On Track for my schooling while living at the training facility during the week. I'll be working with Cody from Dirt Labs (River Oaks Bastrop) training daily and working on my skills. I'm confident that when I put the work in this year and train hard that I can make Loretta's next year and be competitive. I'm going to work hard to make this dream come true.
Competitive Highlights
My first race was in June of 2024 at Murphy's MX. I won the super mini beginner class. I raced in the Super Mini C class and realized I needed to work really hard to improve. I didn't race again until January of 2025 after working on my riding skills and developing better style and form.
I raced in the beginner mini sr class and 125 - 450 beginner for race 3 (Cycle Ranch) and race 4 (Billa Dilla) and took first overall in the beginner super mini and 3rd overall in the beginner 125 - 450 at both races.
I'm planning to race the 5th and final race in the Texas Winter Series at Freestone next weekend.
