Personal History

Hi, I’m Reece Millison M16… actually, my bigger brother is typing this for me because I type too slow and I don’t spell that good. And if I did this you wouldn’t get it until summer..Anyhow… the reason I choose M16 for my number is because my dad is a combat vet from the gulf war and served in the US Army and he carried a M16 so I thought that would be cool to support the USA and honor my dad. I am an 8yr old that is in the 3rd grade. I live in PA right outside of Philadelphia. None of the kids that live near us ride dirtbikes or race, a matter of fact most of them never even seen a race. I am the youngest n my family, I have 2 older brothers, Logan the one right above me races too. He rides a 65cc and I will be racing with him this season too. I also have a super cool dog, Deuce that does everything with us and even sleeps in my bed. When I’m not racing or riding my dirtbikes you can usually find me playing lacrosse, hockey or basketball. I also enjoy riding my bike and doing scooter stunts with my brothers and friend. On yucky days you can bet that I’m down in the playroom playing Xbox with my brothers. I also enjoy doing arts and crafts and drawing for my family… usually of me riding. I love going on all the family trips that my mom and dad plan, we get to go to a lot of places and see a lot of cool things. But probably my favorite is going down the beach and riding the waves on my skim board into the ocean. I’m just a happy kid that likes to have a fun and enjoys laughing. I really think I’m the luckiest kids on the planet.. I know my brother wrote that on his bio but look, I have my other brother typing it for me so I think I am.. thx

Riding Goals

My riding goals for this upcoming season are simple… get faster, quicker, and smarter, because dad tells me that a lot of the kids are faster but you can always beat them by being smarter and waiting for them to make a mistake and then attacking on it and passing them. But most of my main goal is to just have fun and learn more tips and skills from the fast guys that help me out. Mom and dad are getting my brother and me a pro mx coach to train us over in NJ. They have told us that they don’t have as much money as other parents do because they are just a teacher and a nurse and we can’t afford some of the things others have. But we will make out fine because we are a tight family that finds ways to make do. I want to win more races but I am just starting out on my 65cc, but I’m really excited to get to race against my bigger brother. I also hope that I can go and help the little kids on the pw 50’s and try to help them get quicker. I always like when the bigger kids come up and help me and give me tips and I always try to use it and thank them when they tell me stuff. I just like to have a good time on the track and always have a good attitude win or lose… dad tells us that our character means more than our place in which we finish. I want people to like me for being a good racer and a good sport too; we don’t want to give the sport a bad name.

Competitive Highlights

My biggest highlight so far was winning my class my very first year of racing.. the KTM/Cobra class.and they gave me a huge trophy that was taller than me and I felt great. Then the next year I won the class for 50cc Advanced and got another huge trophy. I also raced a flat track race this past year and in my very first race I took the hole shot and won the race. That was an awesome feeling since I never seen a flat track and was scared going in. I also took the hole shot at MotoRama last year against 20+ kids that raced nationally and were super quick.. Although I didn’t win it felt great taking the holeshot against them. I had a lot of first place finishes and top 5’s but I am most proud of making a lot of new friends from the tracks and having a great time with my family. I wish they could get a trophy too. I don’t like seeing kids get hurt or cry after a race so I try to be nice to everyone and say good-luck before the race and good job after the race and help them out anyway I can. My highlight is having all this fun, getting dirty and then hopping in my dads truck and falling asleep dreaming about the race..
