Personal History

Hello my name is Ray Mejia i am 20 yrs old and I am from Dominican Republic. I started competing at the young age of 6 and have loved every minute of it since then. I have pretty much dominated the sport of motocross in D.R. on my way to becoming a 4X National Champion in 2010. I have competed in Guatemala, Ecuador, Cost Rica, Cuba, Germany and I am now here in the United States to follow my dreams of becoming a pro motocross racer. World wide i have over 1000 races under my belt and counting. I am super competitive during competition but that all ends once i reach the checkered flag. I am excited to be here and there is nothing that i want more then to make it as a top motocross racer here in the states. I have competed in a hand full of events since i have been here finishing in the top 5 positions of the 250A and 450 Open A classes. To all sponsorship companies please consider me Ray Mejia on my quest to the top. Thx

Riding Goals

My main goal for next year is to get my pro license in time for when the nationals come to the east coast. Try to make it to Lorettas.

Competitive Highlights

Recently at Long Island Mx Aug 21, 2010 I competed in a exclusive pro race there finishing in 2nd behind Martin Davalos beating Grant Langston, Tevin Tapia, Jay Weller, Dakotis Kessler, and a bunch of local pros. Big confidence booster for me.
