Personal History

My names Ray Leybovich, I'm 19 years old. I've been racing for 14 years and it's a part of me and my life.
I love every aspect of racing and really can't be without my bike. My dad got me my first bike when I was 6 and I never got of that thing I just loved it. Funny how I still have the same feeling when I ride to this day. It's unexplainable.

My dream as a kid was to be a professional racer. I would hate leaving pro nationals as a kid because I wanted to be as close to those guys as I could, to me they were superheroes. That motivation helped me acheive my childhood dreams of becoming a pro and I earned my professional License in 2009.

I still want to be a top pro, winning is just dream that won't leave my mind. It's very hard and thats what I love about it. I wish one day I can be on a podium of a pro race. Right now I'm just doing what I can to get better and keep racing. It's my life and I love every part of it.

Riding Goals

I hope that I can compete in this years upcoming outdoor nationals. I would love to do supercross this 2011 season but I couldn't make it work this time. I'm  looking forward to the 2011 Outdoor season and the supercross season that follows.

Competitive Highlights

I have had many highlights in my mind throughout my amateur career. But going professional and qualifying for 2 rounds in the 450 class was a dream come true for me.

I finished 23rd in Southwick and 25th at High Point. Those were the few rounds I did in 2010. That made me want to keep working and moving forward. Getting on the line with guys like Reed, Dungey and all the other guys I looked up to as a kid growing up was incredible and just made me want it that much more.
