After revalving my suspension, I went to a small SX style track in Tampa, FL. East Bay MX is a great little amateur SX track, but it didn't give me the feedback I needed to dial my suspension. The track doesn't get as broken down as a full on MX track. After riding about 5 motos I had a hard get off leaving me with a minor concussion. I've got to take a week or two off and buy a new helmet. After a week, my head still hurts ever so slightly. I am stil training off the bike, but hopefully I can get back on the bike next weekend.
