Personal History

I raced from the age of 12 until I was 21. In those years I went from racing 80 beginner all the way to holding my SX lites license for 2010. I have since then took some years off from racing and started a family. Now I am ready to start riding and racing again in the +25/+30 classes and select 2 stroke classes. I am ready to get back to riding for the reasons I started years again. Because I enjoyed it and had a love for the sport.

I was selected to be in the 2007 PowerSportsStore.com's catalog.

Some of my favorite qoutes: If you have a dream, protect it. If you want something, go get it, and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t accomplish it. THE PERSUIT OF HAPPINIESS.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit, it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!-- Rocky

2010-2013: I took some time off from racing to pursue my education.

2014: I will be working hard to get back to the front of the pack and finishing on the podium.

Riding Goals

For 2020 I just want to get back into riding with my family and to race local events until I feel I can go to regional and national events. I want to get my kids involved in a sport that I had so much passion for.

Competitive Highlights

In 2002 I raced the Lawton Summer Series and placed 4th overall in the 80 Beginner Class. I rode a 1987 Yamaha YZ80. In 2003, I started racing the Bremen/Calhoun Moto Madness Series but was not able to finish the season because of an accident (a spectator ran out in front of me when I was in the air and I had no where to go. Her son had wrecked).  I finished 23rd of 80 overall.  I only raced five races. In 2004, I raced the Bremen/Calhoun Moto Madness SX Series. I started in the 80 Beginner class and moved up to 85cc 12-15 midway through the season.   I got 3rd overall in the 85 12-15 class.
2005 January-March I was out with a broken knee.  I raced a few races.  I moved to 125B and 250B soon after being released to race. In 2006, I raced limited races because my dad was put out on disability. During this year I raced as many races as I could while we were waiting on the disability pay to be approved. In 2007, I have been in training most of the year and I race every chance I get. I have been training on private tracks owned by pro riders.  I have practiced on the track closest to home.  2008 Lake Whitney Spring Classic 250B Mod moto 1 36th, College Boy Moto 1 32nd. 2010  Dallas Supercross SX Lites 61st Overall.
