Personal History

Hello and thank you for taking a moment out of your day to read this bio. I want to keep it short, but paint a colored picture so you can feel the passion I have for a life on rwo wheels.

At the presnet moment of you reading this I am now entering into my 40s and I first began riding around 12 years old on a '79 Yamaha TT250. It was a big bike to learn on and I rode circles in my yard just to ride, to have that feeling of being free and always for some reason, all reality blurs and all I see and feel is what's in front of me. It's always been more than an escape, but a chance to reset and feel free.

I dabbled in racing quads after high school, but decided to pursue joining the USAF and that choice forced me to step aside from riding as 9/11 took place shortly after joining and the focus was on war support versus free time.

Since separting the military I rode motorcycles and quads, but it was this year that I decided to go back to that passion of riding. I now have a CRF250R and a CRF450RL. I'm speding my time wrenching the 250R back to health with a fresh top end and slowly finding my line at the local MX tracks. While the 450RL I am trail riding and building the skillset to solo travel and begin planning an international expedition.

Riding Goals

At the present time, my goal is to focus on enjoying the remainder of the riding season here in NE Ohio. When not riding the continous goal is to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle off the track. I do well training for ultra marathons by logging miles and strength workouts.

Closing the year and looking into 2023, I am looking at compleitng the Virginia City Endurance Race in Reno, NV and already booked an internationla trip.

Long vision goal is pursuing this passion into a career or an avenue of part time work allowing more time to ride.
