Personal History
My name is Kirk Raleigh, 15 years old, and I’m from Cave Creek, Arizona. I started riding my PW when I was around 4 years old, and began racing at Milville in Minnesota when I was 5. I lived in Wisconsin until is was 8 years old, and at that time it was all about moto and hockey, motocross took up the summer months, and the long and cold winter was all hockey, but then my parents moved us to sunny AZ in summer of 2005.
I’ve been riding ever since then, and progressing with each lap I take. In the previous years, we had just done most of the local state races, and maybe one or two big races a year.
This year we are beginning to take it more serious, and I believe it will be a good year. I am working hard improving my fitness each day, and I am constantly practicing what I love. With a fresh bike underneath me, and great family and supporters, there is no reason I can not make it happen.
Riding Goals
I believe that 2012 is going to be a great year for me. My family is behind me 100% and I am working hard at being top-dog. I would like to, and I know I can, be right up at the top at all the big nationals, and dominate the local races. The main goals for 2012 are:
• Be top 5 at the World Mini Grand Prix in Mesquite, NV
• Be top five at the Loretta Lynn Regional in Hesperia, CA
