Personal History
My family moved from Portugal to the states when I was 4. In search of better life for me and my sister. My family was never fortunate financially so I've been working since 14 years old for anything I ever wanted. I starting riding around 5 years old thanks to one of my bestfriends to this day.. he had a little z50r years later I got a xr80, then a cr80 and that's when my love for riding began eventually upgraded to a cr125 and down the line a rm250 ...coming out of High-school work got to taking up most of my time and had to take a break from dirtbikes. Got married, got divorced and after some time the best thing happen which was getting together with my current wife she has this 11 yr old daughter that is just the best. Just so happens she races motocross and boom my itch for riding was struck again and here I am looking for some support. I do all the pitbike races I can join with her. In last year I picked up another cr125 and a ktm 350.
Riding Goals
There's only one reason I ride now and that is my step daughter. She loves to see me on track, constantly asking for me to take her for ride on the big bike whether it's around the yard, pits, or trails. This girl is my biggest motivation to be on 2 wheels. And it has finally brought me back to racing. Between this year and next I'm just looking to get comfortable on tracks again being that I've been mainly trail riding last few years. Just looking to show my step daughter that she has all my support and that I'll be right next to her racing the same tracks for both of us to improve our skills and have an amazing sport to share a passion for.
Competitive Highlights
Main accomplishment was just getting back out there raced masters of mini this year when it was local placed 3rd in 3 different classes. Bought 2 full size bikes and since have been on track dialing them in next year will be competing in distric 34 again and looking forward to all the seat time
