Personal History

My name is Peyton & I am 11 years old. I started riding on a Honda 50 in my backyard with my 3 brothers. We eventually all got dirt bikes and starting racing. I attend Sacred Heart School in Bennington, VT and am currently in 5th grade. In addition to racing, my hobbies include playing basketball, riding bikes & building jumps in my backyard. I enjoy hanging in the garage with my dad, camping, swimming & being outdoors. My grades are important to me and my parents set the bar high academically. My favorite part of racing is the adrenaline on the starting line and making new friends!

Riding Goals

My goals for 2019 are to strive for podium finishes and push myself at every race. To learn how to do regular maintenance and keep my bike race ready. To get better at cornering & jumps and learn more about body positioning on the bike. I also plan on moving up to the next  class level.

Competitive Highlights

In 2017 I started the season with a 3rd place finish on my KTM 50 Senior in the Bantam class. After many issues with the bike, I moved up a class and started racing a 65. I was finished 27th/28th on the new bike, but worked my way up to a 19th place finish by the end of the year. In 2018 I started the season with an 18th place finish and worked up to a top 10 in May. Following that race I had a crash during practice which resulted in a broken arm, wrist & concussion. I got back on my bike the day after my cast was removed and went on the race that weekend. I lead most of the race and ended up finishing 2nd. I went on to become the 2018 NYOffroad Peewee Senior Class Champion.
