Personal History

My name is Bryson Peterson. My family call me Bubba. I have two older sisters. Other than riding and racing I like to hunt and fish with my family. I like to go to school to hang out with my friends and learn new things. I like to work on my bikes. My dad teaches me how and my mom teaches me how to be patient. My family supports me all the way on and off the track in anything I do. I got my first bike for Christmas of 2022 and riding is a passion of mine. It helps get my mind refocused when I’m angry or sad. Riding just makes me happy.

Riding Goals

I ride because it is my passion. It teaches me that if I work hard and stay committed good things will come. I’ve never been so committed to any other sport. My goal this year is to finish the Summer School Series in Traveler’s Rest SC this season and I also want to go to the Mini O’s this year. Next year my goal is to win a points championship in the Outlaw Series in NC. Also next year another goal of mine is to race in some Open 85 classes and eventually moving onto a 105 Super Mini.

Competitive Highlights

I started riding at practice tracks and riding at home. I decided I wanted to race my first race at in the Summer School Series. I raced my Kawasaki 110 in the 65 Beginner class and placed 5th. I wanted a two stroke bike after that. My parents got me a 2020 KTM 85sx. I skipped over the 65 class. My first race on my 85 was the GNCC Big Buck XC race. It was my second ever. I finished 31st in my class but I finished the race. It made me proud and also my family. I’m racing in the Summer School Series and have had a 3rd 4th 5th and 6th place finishes. I have one more race to finish out the series.
