Personal History
My name is Paxton Smith (P-Money)!
I am 8 years old. I live in Benton Louisiana. I’m in the third grade. I’m new to the moto world and I don’t want to leave. I love spending time playing with friends and my dogs/siblings, hoping on anything with wheels and going for a ride, and helping work on my dirt bikes. I got my first bike in May 2020. I got a Honda CRF110F. I decided I wanted to race so my dad got me a Cobra 50 FWE, then I got a Kawasaki KX65 to practice on operating a clutch! My dad started racing dirt bikes with me. Desoto MX is our home track and Swan MX is the next closest. Sitting at home during COVID gave me a lot of time to ride my new bike and get comfortable to eventually race! I’ve been to 8 different tracks in 3 months and raced at 5 of those since July 2020. I eat, sleep, and breathe motocross now! “Gone Get It”!
Riding Goals
My goal one day is to race with other pros at Loretta Lynn’s and other national events . I want to practice and get better at turns/leaning, being consistent, and gaining speed. Seat time will be my biggest help with the help of some friends who are training me. I want to be better and better each time I get on the track.
Competitive Highlights
My first race was July 2020. I’ve placed top 5 in every race I’ve been to. Ever since the first race I’ve wanted to race every weekend. My family has traveled with me all over Louisiana and East Texas. I’m always asking my parents “when’s the next race?”. I can’t wait to add some more accomplishments to this list soon.
