Personal History
Well to start it off my name is Paul Hilliard I was born and raised in North central Texas. I'm have one brother and one sister. I'm the middle child, my brother is 22 months older, and my sister is 5 years younger. I got my first dirt bike for Christmas in 99 after asking for nothing but that for 4 years straight. It was a DS80. Had some of the best times of my childhood on that dirt bike. I didn't have anyone to help me out with the racing, so I just trail rode or for that matter rode where ever and whenever I could. Rode like that til I was 23 and bought the kx250 I have now. I fully rebuilt the engine myself with the help of my brother, so is know the ins and outs of the bike. Took a lot longer than I wanted to rebuild, but it was well worth the wait. So winter of 2016 i started TORO in the heavy c class. Ended up missing a 5th overall by a one race dnf that my chain broke. Now I'm in TCCRA and am racing there currwntly.
Riding Goals
I'd have to say my ultimate goal is progression. And by that I mean to better my skills and hone them so that I can be more competitive. This year I plan on taking my first podium finish and hopefully my first win. As for the up and coming season and series. I plan to take the C class by force and show them what hard work, dedication, and practice has made me into. I'd also like to bump up classes and start racing more know series and events.
Competitive Highlights
Finished 6th overall in my first series to compete in. My best finish is 5th place but I plan on changing those numbers. My career in off road racing is new but my skills are not and I plan on racing for sometime to come.
