Personal History
I started out on a 1985 Honda atc 70. I was 7 years old at the time. It was the greatest thing I had ever seen or did. By the time I was 10 I started riding our 1991 Honda 250x atv. I was still to small to kick start it so I rolled it down a hill at our house to start it. I was enthralled with free riding off road. By the time I was 15 my mother bought me a 2001 660 raptor atv. I became a very good rider, wasn't scared of anything. Then I got out of it and into girls, long story short I got married right after high school and had two beautiful boys! Now I am divorced. I picked up a 2004 rm250 about 3 years ago now and started riding dirt bike's. Once again it was like being reborn. I look back now and wish I would have started on a bike and kept riding, but you can't look back! My youngest son Gabriel Hurst is 7 now and started riding also last year. He has gotten pretty good too! I plan on making him a profile as well.
I would say the thing I like most about riding is the way it frees the mind. When your riding and flying, you don't have time to worry or stress about other things in life. You couldn't even if you tried! Also it makes me a better ,more humble person. I also feel like I am setting a better example for my children.
Riding Goals
I am not sure how far I will be able to take my career at my age. I plan to start racing this year. I would hope to make it to at least B class by the time I am done. I have been training as much as possible with help of some good friends, and family inspiration. Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated!
