Personal History

I am 10 years old and started riding motocross two years ago with my parents in Boise, Idaho.  I liked riding the track so much that I began racing last winter at Owyhee Motocross Club’s Winter Series where I took Second in the “65 beginner” class in my first season of racing.  I am currently competing in the OMC Summer Series and am currently in second place in my class.

Riding Goals

My goals after the completion of the summer series is to move to the 65 10-11 Class in winter series.  I would also like to race in a second class in the 65 Open Class and be in the top three in the OMC Winter Series racing.  That class is one of the most competitive classes at the track and I will be competing against all boys.  I plan to let them know who I am.

My parents also just bought me a RM 85 and I rode it for the first time today (9/19).  I will be transitioning to the 85 Class to compete next summer.

Competitive Highlights

I regularly battle with the boy that is in first place and we often trade first and second in the motos.  I also race with all boys and one other girl, which makes racing fun.  I enjoy racing against the boys because I am competitive on and off the track.  Many girls are timid to compete in physically demanding sports.

I am also on a premiere competitive soccer team which helps my strength and increases my endurance.  By participating in two sports, it keeps me focused on always trying to do my best.
