Personal History
At the age of 3, Oliver was first introduced to the dirt bike by his father. His father is a veteran of the sport and still continues to race. Oliver instantly had a spark in his eyes and a passion in heart for the motor on two wheels. During the ages of 4 to 5, he toyed with free riding on trails and open land. He entered his first race at the age of 6. Through the nerves and excitement, he walked away with a first place finish and a BOOST of self-confidence.
During his motocross career, Oliver has exceeded our expectations (noted in his competitive highlights and race results throughout the years). Living in the state of Montana certainly has its undeniable benefits. However, is difficult within the sport of motocross (seasonal riding and access to tracks). We have made it work to the best of our capabilities. He rides every Tuesday, Thursday and weekends (weather depending & if races are being held) and sometimes ventures a few hours away to get some seat time in on the days the local track is not open. His drive, passion and love for the sport continues to excel! He has a “real love” for being on the bike and is gifted with a sharp mind. He is a GREAT kid with a BIG heart and BIG DREAMS. He has quickly realized that with hard work and determination good things will happen!
Riding Goals
As most beginning riders, Oliver's ultimate goal is to be a recognized international professional motocross racer and standing on the top of the podiums.
2015 year: Complete a season and enjoy every aspect of the sport. Goal Accomplished!
2016 year: Working on technique, speed and confidence. The season allowed for that seat time and his progression was very evident by the end of the year. Additionally, the coaches at Panic Rev Moto Camp were able to guide Oliver to enhance many important components; building more confidence, comfort on the bike, body positioning, cornering, jumping, starts and additional skills. Goal Accomplished!
2017 year: He continued to follow his passion for the sport and excel into the next level. Finished with a 2nd overall in both the 50cc age and 50cc OPEN Airway Heights Circuit (Spokane, WA). Additionally, Oliver branched out of the Montana circuit and competed in some of the Pacific Northwest Races. He sustained a broken hand during the Loretta Lynn’s Regional and still managed to compete in 25 plus events during the 2017 MX season. His determination and hard work led him to a successful year. It was a year filled with much GROWTH and KNOWLEDGE on and off the dirt bike! GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!
2018 and FUTURE: Time will hold what may be in store for the following years. However, Oliver is a driven, motivated child and insanely passionate about the sport of Motocross and he at this moment in time is willing to do what is needed of him to reach his long-term goal - racing motorcycles on a professional level.
