Personal History

I got my first dirt bike as a Christmas present when I was 12 years old. It took many cold mornings to get used to the idea of a clutch, since all I had rode before was trail four-wheelers. After a year or so on my 150 I decided I was brave enough to jump up to a 2005 YZ250F. I had that bike until I was 15, when my cousin totalled it in my pasture. After recovering from his stitches he gave me $1000 to replace my treasured Yamaha. I held on to that money until about 3 weeks ago, when I decided to pick up the helmet and start where I left off. With that money, and an old Bronco, I got my Kawasaki. I hadn't been to the track but a few times but had always chased a fantasy of racing. I practiced one day at Sand Mountain MX and decided I was ready. Only 6 days after I got back in the saddle, I raced 250D and OpenD at warrior MX and placed 3rd and 4th, my fantasy had became my reality.

Riding Goals

Like most riders I hope to be on a national stage one day. But understanding the amount of money and time this wonderful sport takes, I set my realistic goal at Loretta Lynn's.

Competitive Highlights

I have races 2 races in my short month long career and placed in both.
