Personal History
My name is Nikona but everyone calls me Niko. I come from a family of motocross racers. I have two older brothers that race 250 and 450's. My dad raced until it got to got my start racing in a first timers class at our local expensive to support 4 riders MX track in Elk City, Ok when I was two years old My family and friends said I was fearless and never lost a race. My family had some financial short comings and we took a step back for a few years. In 2024 we were finally able to buy some used bikes and gear to start racing again. Our first year back we had some ups and downs but overall not a bad first year back Looking forward to this 2025 season and many more after.
Riding Goals
In addition to mx I play baseball, football and basketball. Motocross is the one sport we all get to do together as a family. For the 2025 class I will be racing the 85-112D (9-15) and 85 (9-11) classes. My goal is to finish in the top 10 overall and hopefully have some podiums before I move up to senior classes in 2026.
Competitive Highlights
For the 2025 season I set my goal on finishing top 10 overall and getting on the podium. I am currently in 7th place in 85-1120 and 4th in 86 9-11. I have finished in the top 10 at all my races this year so far and had a best of 4th.
